Conflicts in Peru

The conflicts in Peru are a true problem and maybe they are not being managed very well. Within the last decade Peru has suffered out of some of the worst clashes with neighbors in Latin America and neighboring countries such as Honduras, Colombia, Ecuador plus the Peruvian authorities itself. Normally the United Nations did not try to mediate these conflicts or perhaps solve these people, but rather required a passive role by simply merely monitoring the situation. This is not an appropriate way for a place that is in turmoil in addition to need of regional alternatives to these conflicts.
